What makes PC GP a unique service ?
PC GP is run by a freelancer who has lived within Streatham for over 15 years and is an active member of her community.
Julia has over 12 years "hands-on" experience as a Network Administrator, in providing computing support to a medium sized office network where Windows and MS Office and Blackberries were used by up to 30 staff.

Providing an in-home/office service, as well as remote support (over a secure internet connection) allows her to troubleshoot many computer problems, such as internet and printer connections, which would otherwise be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to resolve.

She doesn't believe is a "one size fits all" service, taking great pride and satisfaction in tailoring her service to the individual client's needs and priorities in their own home or small office.

Julia has experience in helping complete beginners to computing, the elderly and those who need a slower pace of learning - having, for the past 2 years, been an active volunteer for IT Can Help, an organisation offering computer help for individuals with moderate to severe disabilities such as visual impairment
